Segment within a segment

I'd like to be able to add a segment into another segment. This way I don't have to list all of the filters and criteria each time.

That would be great for us as well, e.g. when we do newsletters to our client base we'd love to first segment by language and then by user role (display a different box to admins or similar). In short, nested segmentation when doing the dynamic content.

Is there a workaround for this? I want to leverage Smartlists/Segments across segments. What's the best way to do that?
