Responsibilities:
- Set up and optimize marketing automation campaigns for different programs and international offices
- Collaborate with program marketing/sales/operations to create sophisticated marketing automation and support programs strategic needs
- Participate in global direct recruitment efforts by creating digital presences, sophisticated lead generation opportunities, and lead management and nurture flows
- Drive global lead, application and customer engagement projects
- Support global website alignment and optimization
- Reinforce brand standards for the organization while working with businesses and international offices
- Drive conversion rate optimization, marketing funnel management, analytics and efficient processes on a global level
- Analyze performance of multiple channels, create reports, dashboards and use performance data to drive recommendations for changing channel priorities and testing tactics
Must have qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related communications
- 2-3 years of demonstrated marketing experience
- Experience in Marketing Automation (Marketo) and Online Advertising
- Proven ability of converting marketing strategies into increased sales
- A strong creative intuition and understanding of user needs
- Great attention to detail combined with the ability to prioritize and meet aggressive deadlines
- Solid analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to translate quantitative and qualitative data into actionable decisions
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and copywriting/editing skills
Desirable additional qualifications
- CSS/HTML proficiency highly desired
- Knowledge of Salesforce a strong plus
- Spanish language skills are a plus
- Experience in SEO and SEM
- CMS experience (ideally Drupal)
