Marketing Program Manager - Huntsville, Alabama
ADTRAN is looking for a talented Marketing Program Manager to join our growing demand center team. This is an exciting opportunity for the right individual to make a big impact.
The successful candidate will have a passion for driving revenue utilizing marketing automation (Marketo). You thrive on making data driven decisions and will contribute to the sales pipeline by developing demand generation campaigns.
Position Responsibilites

- Quick learner who thrives in a fast-paced environment with excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Able to work under tight deadlines, manage multiple demands/priorities and be a self-starter with little supervision
- Previous experience with marketing automation (Marketo/Eloqua) including lead generation and inbound/outbound marketing
- Enjoys working with data including: list management, segmentation, dashboard reporting and metrics
- Strong understanding of marketing automation processes including campaign execution, testing and measurement
- Experience with Salesforce.com a huge plus
Position Responsibilites
- Manage inbound and outbound marketing including the design, build and execution of lead generation programs
- Monitor and optimize the performance of digital marketing campaigns including email, landing pages, nurturing and lead scoring
- Collaborate with sales and marketing to provide reporting on campaign success, lead conversion and engagement opportunities
- Create and manage dashboards for campaign effectiveness, prospect engagement and funnel advancement
- Maintain organization of Marketo instance including folder structure, templates, segmentation lists, smart lists and archives
- Manage the integrity, accuracy and volume of Marketo and Salesforce databases
- Analyze marketing activities, prospect behavior and campaign data
Education: BA/BS in Marketing, Communications, General Business or related field
Ideal candidate has a minimum of 3 to 5 years of B2B marketing experience
