irth Solutions, a successful, growing software company in Columbus, OH is seeking a Marketo power user to act as our Marketing Automation Manager! 

In this role, you'll provide strategic leadership of our flagship UtiliSphere product to meet business objectives. The position performs a key role in creating and executing campaigns to drive growth initiatives.  

Key objectives and activities of the position:

• Understand market and customer dynamics and competitive landscape that affect product demand and direction.
• Define and evolve marketing programs, campaigns, and other activities to support awareness, lead generation, and customer communication.
• Work closely with sales team member to define objectives, ensure program alignment, and measure results.
• Collaborate with marketing, product management, sales, and other teams to support growth and communications strategies.

 
Key requirements:

• Demonstrated marketing experience with a software or technology-oriented products.
• Enjoys analyzing and solving problems with outstanding communications.
• Passion to learn the energy and utilities industries and work with leading-edge technologies.
• Bachelor’s degree or similar in engineering, business, marketing, or other relevant fields.
• 2-3 years minimum of experience working with Marketo marketing automation software and Salesforce.com.
• 3-5 years of marketing, campaign management, sales programs, or related experience required.
