Description The Administrator, Marketing Automation is responsible for the will provide day to day support/administration for our entire Marketing Automation programs like lead scoring, lead sync and overall function of our marketing automation software.

• Perform platform maintenance, troubleshooting and administration – keeping the file systems organized across the various business units, create new users with the appropriate settings
• Responsible for growing our marketing infrastructure and implementing enhancements to improve efficiency and effectiveness for current and future vision
• Provide hands-on technical marketing campaign execution assistance to Campaign Execution Specialists
• Email and landing page design troubleshooting (minor web development/HTML editing if necessary)
• Provide training to new users, and schedule regular targeted training sessions for Marketers on how to use Marketing Automation functionality
• Develop and Enforce business rules and processes. Naming conventions. Assist in data stewardship efforts
• Must be able to work collaboratively with others and manage relationships with vendors and internal CRM team. Navigate issues and resolve them within a large corporate organization.
• Reach out to and include the right individuals depending upon the problem
• Documents campaign execution processes, programs and procedures
Requirements
MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field AND
• Five (5) years of technical operations experience AND
• One (1) year of experience with setup and execution of e-mail campaigns
• Equivalent combination of education and experience

Certificates and Licenses: None required.

OTHER REQUIRED SKILLS & ABILITIES:

• Experience with Marketing Automation Tool (preferably Marketo) and SalesForce administration
• Experience working with business owners
• Demonstrated expertise in managing multiple marketing tools
• Extensive experience with at least one major marketing automation platform (Marketo preferred)
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and the capabilities of Web browsers Working knowledge of content marketing platforms
• Working knowledge of video and presentation tools
• Experience manipulating data within a major CRM platform, and/or CRM administration experience a plus
• Strong project management capabilities, including the ability to accurately specify project timeframes, dependencies and risk factors
• Ability to work effectively with people
• Strong and insightful operational skills
• Strong oral/written presentation skills
• Ability to execute quickly and with high-quality while handling multiple tasks in a fast paced environment requiring project prioritization
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
• Ability to adapt to changing environments and priorities
• Expert in Excel ;ability to use Microsoft Office
• Ability to pass background check requirements

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Database management, Web development and HTML experience
