Hello! I am looking for a marketo developer to design a partner directory page. This page would be synced with SFDC and dynamically list new partners and changes to their services offerings. This page would also need a fitler at the top so you can easily sort for partners. Could you please reach out to me if you could help with this project?

Jason is right, sounds like you need a Salesforce Developer rather than a Marketo developer.
