SFDC Integration Help!

Hi All,

Like most of you guys out there my internal SFDC team is pain in the neck!

Ok coming to the question  is there any other way to integrate Marketo within SFDC without creating tasks?

We have process were our MQL's  (after reaching a particular score) create a auto task (or manual ) within SFDC to be followed up by appropriate Inside sales.

My SFDC team want me to find that if there is any other way or process.

Hey Christopher,

You don't have to create tasks when you sync the Lead over. You can send an alert email which we have found is a preferred method because the Sales Reps view their tasks as their lifeblood. 

Can you provide a screenshot of your flow for when a Lead becomes a MQL?

You have a process (in Marketo?) to create a task after a particular score but you want to remove that process?
