Send email alert when the database count reaches a limit

Hi,

I'm looking at options to send an alert possibly to admin when the database count reaches a certain limit. We will need to monitor the count regularly and if we have an alert it will avoid the manual efforts of someone checking the count daily. Any ideas?

Not exactly, that, but you can create a smart list (or a Marketo’s People Performance report if you want to add additional columns/data) subscription being sent to your admin on a daily basis, so s/he can check the people’s count in your database w/o having to log in to Marketo. If you don't add any filter in the smart list, it would qualify all the people in your database.
