Email template in Sales Insight doesn't show

Hi,

I created an email template and published it for Sales Insight. For some reason, it doesn't preview though when Sales try to send it out. The email looks blank. If you send a test, however, it sends ok. I don't want our Sales team to send the template blindly though, so could someone help with the issue?

Then it's likely a bug and will want to submit a ticket.
