Hi,
In the dynamic content section for emails (defined by segmentation) there's the following green checkmark:
The block gets the checkmark when it's double clicked, which opens the editor. Even if nothing is changed and the editor is closed without saving, the green checkmark occurs.
What does this green checkmark mean?
What implications does it have for my program?
Thanks.

It's a bug, it shouldn't set the content for that segment in this case. The consequence is that the checkmark means it's saved out the content for that segment.
Thanks Justin.
Does that mean it's essential to make sure all segments have the checkmark before sending out the email?
No they will just fallback to the default in that case.
Thanks. That means if there are variations besides default, it's important to check mark them.
Only if you want them to have different content than the default...sometimes people only want a few of the segments to have unique content.
Makes sense, thank you.
