Customer Engagement Model

Hi,

 
Were testing the new customer engagement model with some content streams. The emails that have gone out to internal staff which we know have been opened have yet to register any score and were not showing any engagement over time on the dashboard. Some went out last week and some today and no score has showed up…seems odd.
 Does any part of the model need setting up for the score?

Nick can you confirm they show the opens as activity in their lead records?

We calculate the engagement score 72 hours after the cast is sent. At this time, an engagement score will populate.
