Add to Engagement Program Flow Step

Does this flow step trump your transition rules, or does it check those rules before adding someone to a stream?

Thanks Cheryl. I'm not sure what you mean by "they will both fire." If I use the "Add to Engagement Program" flow step and the lead does not meet the transition rule filter criteria, they will NOT be added to the stream, correct?

They will both fire, but a lead cannot get added to an engagement program more than once and they can only live in one stream at a time in the engagement program.
