Hi all,
We have a marketo form 2.0 embedded on our corporate webpage. I noticed now that new leads that enter the marketo program via this form do not show up as acquired by in the program.
Any idea how to fix this ?
Cheers,
moritz

Hi Moritz Trollmann (Primary),
A form can be used in many programs, so you need to tell Marketo which program to attribute this new lead with a flow step Change Data Value for the field Acquisition Program.

Hi Moritz:
I moved your post to the Products and Support area of the site where you will probably get an answer faster
Also, I noticed you have three accounts on the Community website. Can you include the word 'Primary' next to the title of your account that you want us to consider as your primary account. Thanks
scott
Thanks Scott, I changed accordingly.

Make sure you only update the Acquisition Program is the value is empty
Moritz,
If the form is a local asset housed within the program, any leads that fill out that form will automatically become members of the program. The various ways of becoming a member of a program are detailed in the documentation here: Understanding Program Membership - Marketo Docs - Product Docs
Here's the short version:
1. A lead fills out a form on a landing page in the program. (Local Asset)
Lead will automatically have the first status in the progression
2. You import members into the program from a CSV file.
Lead will automatically have the first status in the progression
3. You use the change program status flow action.
4. A lead registers or attends a webinar synced with an event program.
5. A lead is created using the Marketo iPad check-in application.
A lead is added to a SFDC Campaign which is Sync'd to the program.
