REST API: Update Leads supports to chage "Marketing suspend" and "Black list"

I can change "Unsubscribed" and "Email invalid" via REST API Create/Update Leads » Marketo Developers

But "Marketing suspend" and "Black list" is not supported in this api.

I'd like to control these fields from another system.

We also have a need to at least read the "marketing suspend" value.
