This would accomodate more flexible and precise reporting. The closest workaround I've tried to date is to create smart list based on "changed progression status" in a particular date range - but this is a slightly different question.
Yes, I agree we need this! I had to remove leads from a Program in order to move the program to a new workspace, and when I added them back in, the program membership date was wrong, and it messed up all of my reports that showed program contribution to revenue.
