For the SFDC integration, there is multi-batch queuing (MBQ) support to help mitigate the occurrence of sync backlog. This would also be very useful for the native MSD integration, potentially solving a lot of the backlog issues that Marketo clients with larger databases currently experience.
Could this be added to the roadmap please (if it's not already on it)?
