Which CRM are you using?
We're using SFDC and recently migrated over from SalesLogix. When we did that, we imported all the SalesLogix information as Contacts, on which we don't want/didn't place the Incumbent field. We're thinking this may be the problem - people who had been in the system or had lead records seem like they're fine, while the Contacts are missing the information. It would make sense, but just in case, I've contacted Support to see if they can help with the field mapping.
