I'm trying to build a report for our customer success team and it's a head scratcher. They basically want a report that shows how much our customer base interacts with our emails. They want a report that breaks down email clicks and opens by company. They want this report to be one of several indicators that indicates an at-risk customer.
The email report I've built only pulls from our customers and the email campaigns I care about, but doesn't give me company or individual level detail. Any ideas here?
