           Talend is hiring a Marketing Operations Reporting Analyst to be responsible for the infrastructure that supports all of marketing, including tools and technology, process, measurement, governance, and budgeting. This position will be based at our headquarters which is moving to Redwood Shores, CA. 

           The Marketing Operations Reporting Analyst is responsible for the infrastructure that supports all of marketing, including tools and technology, process, measurement, governance, and budgeting.  This position plays a critical role in reporting and supporting our global marketing programs. Your focus on reporting and measuring the impact includes developing the KPIs, dashboards as well as the processes required to track our progress and improve the effectiveness of our marketing efforts.

      Responsibilities:

      Provide leadership in the use marketing automation. Be a “power user” for the rest of the company.

      Define business analytics and manage dashboards and reports to measure all aspects of our business: database cleanliness, campaign effectiveness, pipeline contribution, overall business performance.

      Work with various operations teams to understand processes and source systems underlying the data. Provide insights and recommendations for addressing data issues.

      Plan and carry out strategies to improve the cleanliness, breadth, and depth of Talend’s marketing database.

      Critical team member that develops and implements strategy for ongoing control, maintenance and enhancement of marketing database (Marketo): process, standards, access control, documentation, etc.

      System administration for marketing automation, and a power user of Salesforce.com.

      Collaborate with field marketing as well a marketing management to identify and implement creative approaches processes in support of marketing programs that increase sales opportunities and sales cycle efficiencies.

      Support and assist the marketing programs and field marketing teams with specific aspects of the campaign execution process.


      Key skills:
       

      Experience with Marketo (or similar) and Salesforce.com

      Understanding of behavioral analytics and their place in the digital marketing
      landscape

      Familiarity with and execution of CRO (conversion rate optimization) best practices

      Strong analytic and critical thinking skills

      Strong verbal and written communications skills

      Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
