Nothing's changed from our end. Could you provide an example POST which fails for you?
Well somethings have changed...
For a start, the host (pod) I end up on when logging in has changed from app-d to app-abd. I only noticed this late yesterday.
I will lodge a support ticket with more details (some information, e.g. lead details, I don't want to publish here).

I'm seeing this as well. Was doing a http post to leadcapture/save and it's stopped working at some point. Did you guys find a solution?
We saw this problem as well, then suddenly with no changes on our end, it started working again at about 7:30PM US Eastern on 2014 02 21.
