I'll follow up with support on this. Do you have a case ID you can share? I haven't heard this reported from any other customer, but there is something going wrong here for sure.
Is there an email you would like me to send the case # to?

We've experienced intermittent issues with Email Send programs, too. Sometimes when we click approve the page gets hung up before it goes through and other times it appears to approve but the email never gets sent! So frustrating! Did you hear back from support about this?
