Marketing Programs Manager:
The Marketing Programs Manager will report to the Director of Marketing Analytics and will work closely with marketing, sales, and product leaders across the organization to build and optimize demand generation strategy for Macmillan New Ventures portfolio companies.
Plan, create, execute, and maintain the company’s marketing programs and communications calendar.
Become a Marketo specialist to coordinate the execution of sophisticated program and lead flows.
Align marketing programs with the company’s go-to-market strategy, business goals and priorities, to drive attendance, engagement, and awareness with prospects, customers, partners, and community members.
Develop and implement strategies for building out MNV’s content marketing tools to drive engagement and grow revenues.
1-2 years of commensurate experience.
Proven success planning, executing and managing marketing programs for B2B technology companies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Bring positive energy, willingness to learn and ability to work independently, multi-task, and prioritize under tight deadlines in a fast paced environment.
Email marketing, content marketing, webinar, newsletter, social media marketing, and inbound marketing experience.
Exceptional communication and writing skills.
Work effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, product marketing, and services organizations.
