    Hiring: Campaign/Digital Marketing Manager - Toronto

      DisclosureNet is looking for an experienced Digital/Internet Marketing Manager to analyze, refine, design, plan and execute the company’s digital marketing strategy, manage its online presence and corporate brand while always ensuring that every channel is optimized and in sync with overall marketing strategies and plans.

      As a key member of the marketing team this role will have a focus on search, social and content to position DisclosureNet as the leader in Disclosure Management through increased presence, traffic, leads and revenue.  This is a growth opportunity and a key strategic role within the marketing team.
       
      Responsibilities:
       
      • Optimize and enhance all DisclosureNet web entities to drive traffic, conversions with a superior online experience

      • Ensure full integration with back-end systems (Marketo/Dynamics) to track, analyze and optimize conversion rates across all web channels

      • Build and execute a digital marketing plan in sync with corporate marketing strategy and campaigns targeting the office of finance

      • Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns using DisclosureNet’s marketing automation/CRM platform with a focus on email marketing, webinars, database building and integration of campaigns and programs to drive other key marketing initiatives i.e. events, PR, product launches, etc.

      • Work with key stakeholders including Sales, Product and others, define, design and manage the deployment of campaigns that will engage and motivate prospects to convert

      • Extend DisclosureNet presence and increase outreach to target markets via strategic use of organic search (SEO), PPC/Banner Ads (SEM), 3rd party content syndication, directories, groups, social media channels, etc.

      • Build, implement and manage a comprehensive social media strategy for the company including employees

      • Constantly optimize the usability, design, content and conversion rates of the company website

      • Plan and manage the budgetary spend for digital marketing programs

      • Monitor, analyze and report on key metrics as well as benchmarking against industry best
      practices and competitive placement including ongoing recommendations and optimization


      • Responsibility for planning and budgetary control of all digital marketing spend

      • Work with key stakeholders including Sales, Product Management and Marketing to define, design and manage online presence in line with company goals and objectives including a consistent push of meaningful content directed to our target personas via multiple channels.
       
      Requirements

      • Proactive with a competitive mindset, observing competitors, partners, market leaders, online communities to ensure DisclosureNet maintains its leadership position

      • Continuous updating of SEO knowledge and expertise to ensure online presence remains current with technical/industry requirements for search i.e. Google algorithms, Bing, etc.

      Skills
       
      • Bachelor’s degree preferred

      • 5+ years of experience in web design and managing online presence (Web, SEO, PPC, etc.) with specific Google, Google+ and LinkedIn expertise and certification if applicable

      • 2+ years of experience integrating with key marketing automation tools, preferably Marketo and Dynamics

      • Demonstrated experience in web/internet marketing best practices including conversion
      strategies, web design, delivery, segmentation, and analytics/performance management


      • Experience in developing lead management processes including lead scoring and nurturing campaigns.

      • Knowledge of SaaS based software delivery models

      • In-depth understanding of web navigation, responsive design and site navigation to maximize usability

      • Practical experience in development of HTML, JavaScript, CSS, SQL, PHP, graphics creation with Photoshop, Illustrator, (Adobe Creative Suite)

      • Familiarity with WordPress or similar database driven CMS platforms

      • Experience working with outside vendors including creative and list vendors

      • Strong copywriting, editing and proofreading skills

      • Strong interest in and ability to learn about financial disclosure management and marketing to the office of finance
