I sent out my first webinar invite using the new forms 2.0 and used the "known lead" feature on the form this week.
I noticed I had 17 "registration error" members for the webinar and upon investigation realized they managed to click register without giving any lead information at all. So now I have 17 blank leads. I turned off the "known lead" feature on the form and stopped seeing registration errors come in.
I'm guessing maybe the leads cookie had expired? Or the email was forwarded to another coworker who want't cookied, but yet the form still treated them as a "known lead" (that option doesn't make much sense). Anyone else encounter this issue?
