We provide hotels with the technology to source, manage and curate content into compelling stories and provide the connectivity to get these stories on the largest network of third party and proprietary travel websites.

Responsibilities
Leonardo’s Manager of Demand Generation has primary responsibility for creating, deploying and managing marketing programs that will generate leads and demand for our products and services.  Specifically, the Manager of Demand Generation will:
  • Develop and implement high-impact, multi-channel lead generation programs designed to generate inquiries and qualified new prospect leads for the sales teams
  • Plan and execute integrated marketing programs that align to marketing objectives and goals, and use tactics including email marketing, webinars, online marketing campaigns, online advertising programs and more
  • Measure and report on effectiveness of marketing programs and campaigns, with the purpose of improving efficiency and revenue generation
  • Actively manage and monitor online advertising initiatives such as Google Adwords, Facebook Ads, Twitter Ads, etc. in order to reach optimal performance and conversion
  • Oversee and work with the Lead Triage team to prepare inbound and profile/activity match leads for sales readiness; assigning leads to the appropriate sales teams
  • Manage and implement SEO processes and tactics to improve organic search engine results for specified keywords to increase web traffic
  • Research email list acquisition sources and negotiate with list brokers to achieve successful market penetrations
  • Work closely with the other members of the Marketing and Customer Experience teams as well as other internal departments to define program and campaign needs
  • Manage and deliver leadership and direction to a team of four including the Manager of Web Operations, and three Lead Triage Representatives
 
Required Skills/Experience
  • 3 - 5 years demand generation experience, including program management experience with B2B organizations
  • An established track record of managing email marketing programs, webinars, virtual events,  online ad campaigns, PPC campaigns and direct marketing campaigns
  • Experience with B2B SEO and an understanding of content marketing in relation to SEO
  • Hands-on-experience working with Salesforce.com and Marketo (or a similar marketing automation tool)
  • Strong project management skills and experience
  • Extraordinary communication and interpersonal skills, including excellent writing skills
  • Proven track record of success setting and achieving ambitious goals
  • Creative thinker with ability and desire to deliver results
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong Excel background, proficiency of Excel functions, and ability to manipulate/analyze campaign success data 
  • Strong knowledge of Google Analytics
  • An obsessive attention to detail
  • Must be a self-motivated, team player with the ability to work in a small, fast paced and exciting environment
