If you're address to update is included within the Unsubscribe portion of the footer, go to the Admin tab in Marketo, then to Email. You can edit from there.
If it's in the body of the email template but as a footer section, you'll need to find the template of the email you are using and change it there. I suspect it is the first case you are looking for to solve the issue.
Or Crystal, if it was built as a snippet, you'd have to adjust the snippet (just another option to look for).
