    Automation Engineer - Global Marketing Team - Intrax - San Francisco, CA

           As our Global Marketing Automation Engineer you will be responsible for the overall design, quality assurance, roadmapping, maintenance, support, and training for our Marketing Automation Platform. You will deliver business process and technology improvements to effectively scale marketing efforts to a global level. This key role will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing our marketing automation infrastructure and championing marketing best practices across the company’s offices in Europe, Asia, and the Americas.

      Responsibilities:

      •           Maintain and optimize marketing automation infrastructure and champion marketing best practices
      •           Identify opportunities to leverage automation to improve marketing effectiveness, including audience segmentation, program and process optimization, and reporting and analytics
      •           Direct and coordinate Marketing Automation activities related to the development and implementation of new concepts and technologies, delivering solutions on-time and on-budget
      •           Provide strategic and operational support to various internal stakeholders to ensure proper execution of sales and marketing programs
      •           Manage multiple concurrent projects with stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, Operations, and IT
      •           Evaluate and implement third-party solutions to meet the needs of the Global Marketing team’s initiatives
      •           Oversee Marketing Automation QA and manage ongoing fixes, maintenance, and enhancements
      •           Report monthly project updates against identified project KPI and cost metrics to the resource planning management team
      •           Look for opportunities to continuously improve reporting, tools, and engineering processes
      •           Analyze the performance of multiple channels, create reports and dashboards, and use performance data to drive recommendations for changing channel priorities and testing tactics

      Qualifications:

      •           2-4 years of hands-on marketing automation and engineering experience
      •           Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science or related field
      •           Experience creating process documentation and training materials
      •           Project Management experience (gathering requirements, building solutions, driving consensus)
      •           Data-driven with knowledge of Google analytics and other services
      •           Ability to create reports that promote action and decision making
      •           Experience working with CRM systems
      •           Marketo/SFDC Certification highly desired
      •           Understanding of web development principles and web technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
      •           Ability to understand jquery required; ability to write it a plus
      •           Ability to coordinate across cultures and time zones
      •           Ability to lead without hierarchical authority
      •           Ability to connect with both executives as well as end users
