Has anyone experienced any duplicate leads coming from webex?
We had a webinar setup, and after the webinar looks like webex has created duplicate records for leads that have registered mostly with different email address. So we have bunch of newly created people with incomplete information that are already existing our database having complete information …
If anyone has experienced this issue please let me know how you dealt with it? especially if you guys have lead scoring setup for webinar as it changes the score only for the newly created lead.
I would like to also hear your experience with general de-duplication of lead database as well, what are your common duplicate leads sources ?, and how often you perform de-duplication
