Hi Elina, we're a SFDC company, but assuming that the screenshot above is from your instance of Marketo, then I'd go into the Dynamics records of Joe Smith and Tony Yip, as well as the opportunity record to see what is different. This should help you to narrow down the field that is controlling this connection.
