The Director, Demand Generation is responsible for the strategy, management, execution and ultimate success of the Glint demand funnel. The ideal candidate is a holistic, hands-on marketer, including a blend of demand creator, operational guru, sales team partner and team builder.
Build, monitor and maintain the Glint demand funnel process and metrics.
Develop strategy and execute marketing programs to identify, educate, and motivate prospective customers in target markets.
Develop campaign strategy and execute programs across digital (email, search, display/retargeting, etc.) as well as offline where appropriate
Manage marketing automation platform including lead processing, email management, lead nurturing, and demand funnel metrics.
Work closely with the sales, customer success, and other marketing functions to effectively target programs, and to acquire content, resources, and support to ensure program success.
Create and manage demand generation and marketing operations budget
Cost effectively manage relationships with outside vendors as necessary for any program execution services
Work with Glint partners in planning and executing events and programs
Ensure follow-up on program-generated selling opportunities
Some travel required
5-10 years related work/industry experience
BA/BS in Business, Marketing, Communications or Management or equivalent work experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong project and budget management skills essential
Strong knowledge of marketing mix activities
Vendor management experience
Enterprise software background
Salesforce.com, Marketo, and SiriusDecisions model experience preferred
Small company/start-up experience desirable
Ability to legally work in the United States
