    Marketing Automation Manager Blue Jeans Network

      Top 1% SaaS company, Blue Jeans Network, is looking for an experienced Marketing Automation Manager who will be responsible for managing our marketing automation platform (Marketo) and its integration with our CRM (Salesforce). 
       
      As the Marketing Automation Manager you will have the opportunity to support an expert marketing team and hold the responsibility to create and launch lead nurture and online demand generation campaigns, leverage analytics to optimize the lead funnel for higher yield, measure ROI across each program/channel, and help meet monthly revenue goals.  
       
      This position is located in our headquarters in Mountain View, CA and reports to Director of Online Marketing and Marketing Operations.

      Role & Responsibilities
      •           Own the marketing automation platform (Marketo) – which is the foundation of all our online marketing and demand generation activities
      •           Manage & optimize campaigns/programs, lead scoring, funnel management, lead routing
      •           Create and deploy NEW programs and build supporting assets – landing pages and emails
      •           Define, build and deploy lead nurture and re-engagement programs
      •           Review and define workflows and processes to yield higher efficiency across the stages of lead management 
      •           Ensure alignment and consistency between SalesForce, Marketo, web app and additional tools used by sales and marketing
      •           Ownership of all marketing analytics data and reporting
      Qualifications
      •           5-8 years of experience in marketing of software, preferably SaaS
      •           Power user in Marketo, Salesforce.com & Excel
      •           Previous experience in lead gen or inside sales groups a plus
      •           Strong strategic thinking, creative problem solving and analytical skills
      •           Demonstrated ability to drive cross functional teams to meet business objectives and influence co-workers, fostering strong working relationships
      •           Basic HTML knowledge to create marketing assets within Marketo
      •           BS or BA in a technical or business discipline or equivalent experience
