Can we apply filter on any column of an activity type ?

Hi,

Is it possible to apply filter on any column of an activity type object while extracting data through API.

For example -

If we want to extract Activity  " Change Data Value" through API, and this object have different "Attribute Name" like "Urgency", "Company Name", "First Name" etc .

Then is it possible to extract data of object for only "Urgency"  type Attribute.
