Thanks Josh - if I knew who our account manager was I would call them! :)
We are working it backwards through Marketo AR; I have found companies are very responsive when you start a sentence with "we want to send you money, but your invoices are going to the wrong person..."
Try emailing support or just call the front desk. Do you happen to know the original salesman?
I've been able to update our billing contact via Marketo AR -- we also had a stretch where our invoices weren't being delivered for some reason or went to an outdated contact.
All options if you get stuck.
