The home page is generally of low value for tracking purposes because that is the first one most visitors will reach and many of them will not go much further.
If the email contains a tracked link to the home page which in turn has the Munckin tracking scriipt, Marketo will track the visits from users clicking that email.
You will need a report or smart list consisting of filter "Clicked Link in Email" or "Visited Web Page" where the latter may evaluate URL parameters to uniquely identify the visits from that email.
I agree with Breno - I would almost never create an email marketing campaign that sent people to our site's homepage. Having said that, in addition to the Marketo technique already mentioned, you could also track these visits using Google Analytics or other analytics software running on your site.
Thanks for your answers !
Our emails usually contain two links : one sending to a contact form and the logo sending to the website HP.
