    Sr. Manager, Global Marketing Automation and Operations

      Kaspersky Lab is looking for a Sr. Manager, Global Marketing Automation and Operations to oversee all aspects of a global implementation of marketing automation (Marketo) and the associated B2B sales and marketing processes that come with it. Kaspersky invested in 2013 in a global implementation of Marketo, to go along with a global rollout of Salesforce and a marketing data warehouse. We are seeking a highly-motivated, experienced marketing operations professional to manage a distributed Marketo rollout with teams in local offices around the world executing marketing tactics and campaigns.
      Responsibilities include:
      • Overall global management and administration of the marketing automation system (Marketo)  in collaboration with IT and operations
      • Vendor and overall project management of the Marketo services team tasked with working with the local marketers as well as Global HQ projects
      • Being a subject-matter expert and best-practices leader to more than 60 marketers and operations people in local offices using Marketo on a regular basis
      • Manage the training, technical implementation, build out, and data management of the new regions adopting the marketing automation tool (Marketo)
      • Management, training and adoption of the global B2B Lifecycle models (Acquisition, Customer, Partner) and operationalizing these in coordination with global Sales Enablement, regional Marketing and HQ IT teams
      • Communication of project milestones, advancements and operational changes to global team
      • Oversight, responsibility and management of global data quality, processes and policies including email subscriptions and privacy
      • Overall budget management of marketing automation project and surrounding aspects
      • Management and training of marketing reporting available to regional teams
      The ideal candidate has:
      • 5-12 years working in marketing operations and/or demand generation
      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
      • A proven ability to work cross-culturally and cross-functionally
      • Strong project management skills
      • Experience working with marketing automation required (Marketo preferred).
      • Experience with Salesforce.com as a user or administrator preferred
