      LivePerson is currently seeking a Part-Time Marketing Operations Assistant to assist the Marketing Demand-Gen team in our New York, NY office 20-30 hours per week. 



      Where You Will Be Shining:

       - Conduct research on new and existing leads/contacts to ensure they meet criteria for marketing and qualification to sales

       - Manage / update contact information for segmentation in Marketo and Salesforce.com

       - Develop creative ways to maximize marketing nurture campaigns and tie-in to other marketing activities, with the objective of helping generate a higher volume of qualified leads for sales

       - Research and qualification of web and off-line generated leads through an in-depth understanding of target prospect profiles
                 
       - Get hands dirty in marketing technology, new and old to help refine demand generation processes and enable more effective lead nurturing, revenue-driven campaigns
                 
       - Perform spreadsheet wizardry and train wider teams on newly discovered magic formulas to stack and cleanly report marketing numbers
                 
       - Guardian of Salesforce “checks and balances” e.g. did leads get distributed properly? Are all data points correct?  Are Campaigns adequately set up and reported on?
                 
       - Defender of Marketo “checks and balances” e.g. did smart campaigns run properly?  Are emails set up and deployed properly? Are copy, layout and links optimized?

       - Assist with proper management and distribution of leads within Marketo / Salesforce.com
            

      Your Shining Blades:


       - 1 – 3 years’ experience in database marketing / marketing automation / digital marketing

       - Application-friendly with an appetite for learning new web and demand gen technologies

       - Hands-on experience with email marketing, digital marketing and web analytics
           
            - Spreadsheet and PowerPoint wizardry
           
            - Keen eye for web copy and creative that generate a response, a next-step, a conversion, and ultimately, a digital relationship
           
            - Highly initiative, detail-oriented and data-savvy
           
            - A rising data guru – numbers obsessed, patterns-obsessed, modeling-obsessed,  infectiously curios and mighty enthusiastic
