      Aloha! We are a busy, innovative real estate firm in Honolul, HI. We are currently looking for an email marketing rock star to take our digital communications to the next level. We are currently integrating Marketo and are hoping to bring someone onboard who has Marketo experience to help with the integration process as well as streamline all of our email marketing campaigns.       The e-marketing and communications specialist is a unique position that is responsible for supporting all aspects of the email channel, with an integrated online content creation strategy and social media management that work together to support the company’s lead generation and brand awareness. This position reports to the director of marketing.
       
      The person in this position is responsible for the development, creation, coordination and implementation of all e-marketing communications programs and campaigns. Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is a key business strategy at Prudential Locations, enabling the building and cementing of relationships between real estate agents and their clients. In this capacity the specialist is responsible for supporting all aspects of the email channel, spanning operations, analysis, and internal/external relationship management, with a focus on campaign execution, analysis, customer service, lead generation and reporting.
       
      The specialist will also ensure that all campaigns integrate with the respective marketing strategies and ensure the integrity of the Prudential Locations brand in all email programs.
       
      Development and Production
      ·         Lead, develop, manage and execute email marketing programs, campaigns and webinars.
      ·         Create interactive, HTML-based campaigns with a strong call to action.
      ·         Effectively manage email marketing production schedules from conception through development and execution.
      ·         Work closely and collaboratively on projects across different business units including sales, marketing and technology.
      ·         Assist with online marketing strategy through collaborative concept development, strategizing, planning, implementation, and coordination of online initiatives. 
      ·         Expert in digital marketing to achieve marketing objectives; trade show participation and direct marketing to develop and execute effective communication and lead generation programs.
      ·         Work closely with marketing and sales to plan and implement tactics with responsibility to establishing and managing budget, meeting timelines and deadlines, and measuring effectiveness of programs. 

      Reporting and Analytics
      ·         Monitor, track and analyze performance of both internal and external email marketing campaigns with responsibility for results in terms of timelines, methods, and performance
      ·         Leverage reporting tools to keep relevant internal stakeholders apprised of email marketing program performance
      ·         Analyze results from email marketing campaigns and use insights to inform and develop future strategies
      ·         Manage and report on channel performance and KPIs.
       
      Education/Experience/Skills
      ·         Strong understanding of email marketing operations, technology, and platforms
      ·         Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
      ·         Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, HTML, CSS and Dreamweaver
      ·         Ability to manipulate and create graphics to support content
      ·         Interactive design experience
      ·         More than 2 years e-marketing/digital marketing communications experience required
      ·         Experience with e-marketing tools (Marketo, Silverpop)
      ·         Knowledge of Google Analytics and SEO and SEM fundamentals and strategies
      ·         Strong writing, editing, revising and proofreading abilities
      ·         Excellent attention to detail
      ·         Ability to take a content idea from start to finish with minimal supervision
      ·         Strong organizational skills
      ·         Knowledge of blogging ecosystem
      ·         Good technical understanding and can pick up new tools quickly
      ·         Basic knowledge social media
      ·         Knowledge and experience with CRM tools a plus
      ·         BS degree in Marketing or Communications a plus
      ·         Marketing and sales experience a plus
