Field not available in RCA Custom Field Sync

Hello,
Since the last MKTO update I am having problems finding a field in the RCA Custom Field Sync selector.
I have looked under all the filter options but it is not showing up anywhere, more oddly it is a field that I already have synced and just want to change from a dimension to a metric, I have checked in RCA and it is still available to use in reports.

The only odd thing about the field is that it is populated in SFDC so in MKTO is used by none.

Anyone else noticed this or got any idea what might be happening, I have raised a ticket but thought i woudl chance that someone here might have seen the same behaviour.

I had similar issues after the new GUI. I ended up creating a ticket and got it resolved.
