    Marketo/Outlook Plug In issue continues...

      She has had to uninstall and reinstall the plug in multiple times. I realize that this may be an issue on her end and I have posted on this topic before, yet there has been no solution. I've heard users say that Marketo will blame it on the company's IT department. 

      Here's what is happening....

      1. I issue her a new marketo license
      2. She gains access to marketo
      3. She goes to install marketo in outlook
      4. An error message comes up stating "Marketo Sales Insight Add-in registration failed", during the install

      Any help on this is greatly appreciated! Thanks!
