Hi Nicole, I'd stop the list import and try again. Marketo will dedupe on list imports, so anyone who has already been imported will not be duplicated.
If it persists, I'd contact support.
I'd like to second the advice to talk to Support. List imports are pretty fast these days, 45 minutes is unacceptable and we'd want to look into it.
We've had that problem a few times and it helped to stop the upload, clear my cache and refresh the browser.Things got hung up in my cache for some reason according to support. It's worth a shot for an initial trouble shooting session.
