any other demographic fields that might be misaligned between forms or duplicate fields: eg # Employees vs. Employee Range.
In addition to Josh's suggestions, there are a lot of conversations going on about this at the moment, but I'd be sure you have a pretty solid CASL plan in place to deal with existing and incoming leads. This goes into effect on July 1.
