How do I permit a user to contact support?

I know there are only so many users that can contact support. How do I give permission to a few people on my marketing team? Is there a way to do this without making them admin?

If you personally are approved for support you just need to log a case - either in the support portal or by calling them - and request that those users be added.  The ability to contact support is not tied to their user permissions in the system as far as I know
