I tend to see a lot of "status"-like fields and product interest fields get used as good ways to segment out prospects, customers, and message on what folks seem to want to buy.
Thanks Erik! I've been told that those fields are only for SFDC LEADS fields which make them unusable for customers (CONTACTS).
We are trying to get "SFDC Type" for client, non-client, etc. but have run into some technically difficulties with Marketo.
