      Integrated Marketing Manager
      Jive’s Integrated Marketing Manager is a talented professional who will drive the execution of integrated marketing campaigns that are primarily digitally led. This role will work collaboratively and cross functionally with other marketing managers, sales development, partner development and product marketing to conceive and execute comprehensive programs designed to increase market awareness, drive demand generation and execute lead nurture strategy. 

      ·       Drives the development and management of integrated marketing programs with the purpose of educating the market, generating new sales lead, or executing a nurture strategy for the company.
      ·       Creates and delivers marketing campaign content. Ensures consistent product and brand positioning is effectively communicated and reaches the appropriate target audience.
      ·       Develops a comprehensive online marketing plan through media partners that includes banner ads, sponsorships, co-branded email, and other creative means to reach online audiences.
      ·       Helps to grow our database and deepen our relationship with current database members through a broad range of communications.
      ·       Provides training and tools regarding programs as necessary to empower sales team.
      ·       Contributes to the day-to-day marketing activities from concept and research through to implementation in any territory where assistance is required.
      ·       Represents our company at external events.
      ·       Works closely with the web team to ensure that marketing programs are accurately reflected on our Web site and that all required lead acquisition components are fully in place.
      ·       Consistently iterates and improves marketing and lead nurturing activities through measurement, testing and optimization.
      ·       Communicates and works cross functionally with other business and marketing groups in the organization.
      ·       Collects information and data to produce consolidated monthly campaign metrics. This will include reporting on trials, web traffic, new registrants, outbound sales efforts, and direct mail results.
      ·       Assists in partner marketing programs, working with channel re-sellers of our products.


      ·       A minimum of 3 - 5 years of relevant marketing experience.
      ·       Experience in managing and executing direct marketing customer lead generation and acquisition programs.
      ·       Creative marketer with a solutions-oriented focus and positive attitude.
      ·       Experience working with external vendor / partner relationships.
      ·       Ability to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns including, but not limited to:
      o   Understanding and experience with digital advertising – text, display and video
      o   E-mail marketing programs, including understanding of CAN-SPAM and online communication best practices. 
      o   Managing and delivering webcasts (or other face-to-face event presentations)
      ·       Strong collaboration skills essential; ability to work well with cross-functional team members from sales to engineering, customer and partners.
      ·       Excellent verbal skills.
      ·       Strong storyteller as well as copy editor – overall excellent writing skills mandatory.
      ·       High self-motivation and results oriented with a sense of urgency.  Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
      ·       BA/BS in Marketing or Business.
      ·       Proficient with CRM and marketing automation systems, specifically SFDC.
      ·       Experience using Marketo successfully for demand generation.
      ·       Specific work experience in Enterprise software marketing highly valued.
      ·       Experience working on joint marketing programs with channel partners.
      ·       Great attention to detail combined with the ability to prioritize and meet aggressive deadlines.
      Position location is Palo Alto, CA
