    Anyone know how to refresh/erase email suspended clause?

      I have a few workflows set up to prevent sending emails to repeat bounces and spambots. But it's pulling valid leads with '554 Denied' responses in the Email Suspended Clause.

      Anyone know how to refresh or erase the Email Suspended Clause?

      Or does anyone have a list of responses that I should allow?

          You cannot change that field, it is a system field.

            I think the codes will help me figure out which one I should worry about.

            Right now my smartlist is - 

            Email Suspended Clause contains:
                 blacklist
                 banned
                 rejected
                 refused
                 blacklists
                 blacklisted
                 whitelist
                 spamcop
                 spam
                 spamslugger
                 unsolicited
                 denied

                 The idea is that it will help me to remove anyone who might have put our IP on blacklist, or reported us as Spam, so we don't email them again.
