According to this documentation, the Inferred Company or ISP value will be bold if the name is the company, not an ISP. How reliable is this differentiation? A few of the top companies I'm seeing seem to be ISPs from India, the UK, and the US, but the name in the Inferred Company or ISP column is bold.
Hi Val, in past experience I've found that Marketo was good at identifying ISPs in the states, but not nearly as good at identifying ISPs outside of the US. I would add a lot of exclusion words to improve reporting, but some would still sneak through. Not sure if they've made things better in the past couple of months.
