Is there an Operational Smart List/Flow Rule to stop the flow of any campaign if the Lead Owner changes to another person. (Without specifying who the old or new owner is) Just when it changes. Thank you.

I can't think of an easier way to do this - if anyone knows, feel free to chime in.
I would create a smart campaign with the following:
with 36 of the "Remove from Flow" steps (1 each for a-z and 0-9), using the "Any" filter.
