    Hiring: High-Growth Late Stage Startup - Senior Demand Generation Manager, SF, CA

      You’re creative, analytical and a self-starter. You’re also looking to join an organization where you can make an immediate and lasting impact. In this role, you’ll be a part of a small, dynamic marketing team in the fastest-growing part of our business: enterprise. You will create, launch, and manage marketing programs to create awareness and drive lead generation for the enterprise sales team. You’ll play a critical role working with Sales Operations, Sales and Product teams to coalesce customer insights to create compelling messaging and marketing materials that create demand.
       
      In this role, you will:
      •           Build and execute marketing strategies that achieve the enterprise business unit goals
      •           Orchestrate continuous, highly-targeted lead generation initiatives to ensure a robust sales pipeline
      •           Write compelling content to empower the sales team to wow new customers
      •           Analyze data to measure the success of your initiatives
      •           Utilize refined communication and people skills to create consensus across all stakeholders
      The ideal candidate has:
      •           At least five years of marketing experience
      •           Track record of success in B2B lead generation, lead scoring, and lead nurturing strategies and tactics in support of a sales team
      •           Ability to implement marketing programs quickly and effectively
      •           Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage priorities across multiple stakeholders and simultaneous projects 
      •           Superior writing and grammatical skills
      •           Experience building a successful marketing automation strategy from scratch
      •           Marketo and SFDC experience
      •           Passion leveraging data-driven insights to inform strategy
      •           A self-starter attitude
      •           High energy, a charismatic style, innovative thinking, and creative problem solving
      •           Strong critical thinking abilities
      •           A natural curiosity and interest in emerging marketing trends
      •           Ability to lead and inspire other people in a direct reporting relationship and to partner across the organization
      •           Passion for Elance-oDesk values and mission
      •           Team mentality and a great sense of humor
      •           BS or BA degree in Marketing, Business or related field
