                          Primary Objective
                          

                               Responsible for supporting the VP, Marketing Operations, product marketing and sales in regards to marketing automation.  Responsibilities will include maintenance and administration of Marketo marketing automation tool, utilization of tool to support demand generation campaigns, including dashboard creation, campaign setup, list management, email distributions, lead scoring, profiling, etc Will work collaboratively with internal clients to develop strategies to produce effective demand generation.

        •                               Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

                                 
        •                               Ability to work with internal clients providing campaign input.

                                 
        •                               Multi-task oriented.  The ability to manage the detail of several projects simultaneously.
        •                               Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
        •                               Working knowledge of MS Dynamics CRM a plus.
        •                               Proficiency in marketing automation tools and processes.
        •                               Knowledge of technical aspects marketing automation.
        •                               Knowledge of marketing automation business best practices.
        •                               Able to work with all levels of staff.
        •                               Proven record of excellent internal and external customer service.
        •                               Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
        •                               Capacity to work within tight timeframes and to work well independently and as a team player.
                       
                            
                            
                            Experience Required
                            
                              

                                    

                              
          •                               1-3  years of experience working with marketing automation tools. Marketo experience definitely a plus.
                         
                              
                              
                              Education Required
                              
                                

                                      

                                
            •                               Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
                           
                                
                                
                                Responsibilities
                                
                                  

                                        

                                  
              •                               Maintain/administrate Marketo marketing automation tool, including maintenance of system access, updates to tool.

                                       
              •                               Work with internal marketing and sales staff to determine strategic business requirements and efficient workflows to support campaigns
              •                               Set up campaigns/projects in Marketo so they can be effectively tracked for effectiveness, including from a revenue influence standpoint
              •                               Pull lists to effectively target communications based on input from internal clients
              •                               Send targeted email campaigns to lists
              •                               Help with setting up dashboards for utilization by sales in sales automation tools
              •                               Set up webinars utilizing Webex and syncing with campaigns in Marketo
              •                               Work with internal clients to determine a lead scoring approach for prospects
              •                               Ability to advise on proper lead nurturing approaches
              •                               Report on campaign results, both from a revenue influenced standpoint and a tactical effectiveness standpoint
              •                               And ability to conduct training sessions in Marketo
              •                               Manage relationships effectively with internal customers, as well as a outside consultants.
