We’re looking for someone with the ability balance thinking strategically with the need to execute campaigns with precision. This person will work on the Demand Generation team and be responsible for all aspects of lead management operations including our marketing automation platform, its integration with our CRM (salesforce.com), as well as improving our email communication and landing page conversions by testing and optimizing campaigns to drive engagement, retention, and reactivation of prospects and customers.
The role will support and enhance Net Documents marketing efforts by focusing on the processes, platforms, and tools that enable efficient and effective marketing activities. The director will improve and refine existing marketing automation infrastructure and processes, paying close attention to the end-to-end lead maturation process. The director will also be responsible for developing metrics to measure marketing effectiveness. The director will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to support execution of a wide range of campaigns for different markets and target customers.
